Version 1.1

• Added custom fields under settings so users can import specific line-item information into custom fields in Quickbooks™.

Version 1.2

• Provide users the option to create Vendor POs from Estimate. A PO will be created for each vendor found in the imported estimate file.
• Option to import Autoquotes™ estimate files into Invoices.

• Included an Autoquotes™ file viewer. Great for looking at the exported estimate in an easily readable table format.
• Added support for Item List Update. When selected, A2QB will now update the existing Item information (description, prices, linked vendor, Sales Tax Group, etc.) if it contains information that is outdated and doesn’t match what’s being imported. This feature can be disabled.

Version 1.4

• Added the ability to remove all of the imported items, POs, and Estimates from Quickbooks™ pertaining to a particular Autoquotes™ file’s items. Items and Vendors that are specified in other Quickbooks™ estimates and POs will not be removed.
• Added the ability to look up data column headers from Autoquotes™ file to aid in selecting information to place into imported custom fields.

Version 1.5

• A2QB now supports importing of items into Non-Inventory as well as Inventory items in Quickbooks™.
• Added field to select Asset account when choosing to import as Inventory Item.

Version 1.6

• Double-Clicking a result log item will show result XML with requestID area selected.
• Ability to search within the results for XML request and response.
• Ability to save Status Messages, XML Requests, and XML Responses to a text file.
• Importing items into other categories (ie. Services).
• Auto-Detect service option that will import Installations and/or other Services as Service Items.
• Other enhancements and features.
